Oriented to large-scale, standardized and intelligent breeding needs, it adopts high-end customized configurations in the main structure, anti-corrosion technology and enclosure panels. It thoroughly solves the industry pain points of traditional chicken houses such as easy corrosion, poor heat insulation, short service life and unstable structure, serving as a high-quality preferred facility for standardized broiler and layer breeding bases.
Key Features
The main load-bearing beams and columns of the chicken house are made of Q355 high-strength H-beam steel, which features strong bearing capacity, high structural rigidity and excellent deformation, wind and snow resistance. It can adapt to various complex sites and extreme climatic environments, providing stable structural support for the entire chicken house. Compared with ordinary steel, QB355 H-beam steel has better comprehensive mechanical properties and stronger bearing capacity, effectively eliminating hidden dangers of building deformation and collapse, and ensuring long-term safe breeding operation. Meanwhile, the surface of main steel components is treated with a three-layer professional baking paint process. The multi-layer dense protective coating can strongly resist acid and alkali corrosion caused by ammonia gas, moisture and fecal residues inside the chicken house, fundamentally improving the corrosion resistance and service life of the main structure.
The roof and wall purlins are uniformly made of1.5- 2.5mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel with uniform and adhesive zinc coating. Customized for the high-humidity and high-corrosion breeding environment of chicken houses, it has excellent rust prevention, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. It will not rust, damage or age easily under long-term high-humidity and high-ammonia working conditions, greatly reducing the later operation and maintenance costs, and meeting the long-term high-frequency use requirements of poultry breeding.
The wall and roof enclosure systems of the chicken house are all made of high-quality rock wool sandwich panels. With uniform density and compact structure, the panels have excellent performances in heat insulation, fire prevention, noise reduction and corrosion resistance. They can effectively block the invasion of external high and low temperatures, stabilize the constant temperature environment inside the house, greatly reduce the energy consumption of temperature control equipment, minimize the impact of seasonal temperature differences on chicken growth, and improve poultry survival rate and breeding output. In addition, the panels are waterproof, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant and mildew-proof, perfectly adapting to the humid breeding environment. Matched with the high-quality steel structure system, the whole chicken house achieves the core advantages of corrosion resistance, no deformation, excellent heat preservation and long service life.
